The wager

Here we are: First stop! Walking down from 7 Savile Row to Reform Club, a journey Phileas Fogg would do daily until the life changing bet.

While 7 Savile Row house shares little charms of the house described by Jules Verne, the street maintains the quintessential central London feel. Walking down the small alleys, past all the fancy suit shops, stands the grandiose Reform Club.

Still a members only club, you can see how Phileas spent his days inside, reading, eating and playing whist. Here we stood, discussing our next steps, the journey ahead, directions, locations, and food we are looking forward to.

We are off to pack our bags (no Passepartout to pack for us), not forgetting to turn off the gas of course, and off to the final Sunday roast in a few weeks!
